Great doctors. Polite and caring. Knowledgable and efficient. Reception staff are also excellent, friendly and accommodating. Only ever a short wait, maybe 15 minutes at the most. Definitely recommend.
Update 2022: recent times have seen the introduction of a $30 gap, and wait times have increased drastically. It is somewhat disappointing, but overall doctors Singh and Gupta are very competent and caring.

It’s always hard finding a doctor to trust, especially one that will listen to you. Dr Priyank Gupta is not one. It’s unfortunate when you are on prescription medication and you receive Out of pockets for a short consultation. Even worse when you feel like your worries are not being heard.

Fantastic practice - would recommend all 3 doctors while Dr Gupta is our main doctor, especially for our son. Have never felt like just a number or dollars walking in the door.
Dr Gupta has always been open to any concerns I have around my son. Reassuring and fits us in last minute if we have needed a fast/urgent appt.
Never refused a face to face appt during covid when other medical centres refused assessments and told us to go to hospital over wanting a doctors confirmation on Croup concerns.
Dr Treadwell also took the time to explain things no other doctor has ever attempted and helped me find simple solutions to my own health issues and gave me options I had never considered or understood.
Sometimes there may be a wait, but never ridiculous like Dapto Medical Centre and the wait is worth it to see a doctor who will remember you and listen instead of pushing you out the door with any random script.

I highly recommend this practice, now that I have been here I wouldn’t go anywhere else or take my children anywhere else!
They have been great every time, bulk-billed, always followed up and Iv always been made to feel comfortable. The best thing about this practice is that they have a policy that when you bring a child in sick they will continue to see/fit them in urgently until they are better which is amazing considering I have never found a place that can see my kids again for another week or so even with a sever illness.
I have a 1yr old and a 7 month old so going in to a doctors office is hard on my own with the two, so when the receptionist offered to hold my youngest while I took my 1 year old into be seen I could have cried! It was the biggest relief and I couldn’t have been more appreciative as she could see the struggle.
I have seen both Dr Priyank Gupta and Dr Erin Treadwell and I highly recommend them both.

I have been charged $30 gap fee twice for 5 minutes consultation.
I will never go back to the Horsley Community Doctors and I urge everybody to do the same thing.
